Need advice: I just started an office/desk job. Should I still eat often like I'm used to doing?
I usually eat smaller, frequent meals throughout the day. But I just started an office job - so my metabolism is sure to slow down... should I still eat often, but smaller yet or something? Should I still drink a lot of water like I'm used to doing? Are there any trix to keeping any extra pounds off?

Yes, you can eat some biscuits as long it does not interupt your work. You should always drink water or juices every now and then. At least 2 liters of water a day. That's good for our health.
