mine is built off of muscle, because my parents had me doing strenuos athletic activities at a VERY young age!.
so if you are like me, the only excersises that help are:
Squats and lunges (squats tighten, lunges elongate :)


Dieting is the best way to lose the excess fat in that area, because in my experience, it comes off first!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have big thighs too, even when I'm thin!. A lot of muscle, and when I gain weight that's the first place it goes!. I do lunges and squats every other day and get at least 30 minutes of cardio every day!. This keeps them in proportion to the rest of me!. Don't wear clothes that are really tight across your thighs!. Also, remember that you are your own worst critic :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
