Question: Problems losing weight (19 year old guy)!?
Heya all!. So I am 19 years old, 5'9" and 240 pounds!.
I'm constantly active and spend most of my time playing some sort of sport!.

My issue is that I HATE how I look!. I'm not "Huge" but I do have a stomach, and worst of all "Man boobies" >!.< lol
I love to feel sexy (I sound like a woman, jeesh) and feel like I am letting my girlfriend down by staying the same as I have always been!.

I wanna find a way to drop about 40 pounds, and finally for the first time in my life be happy about the way that I look!.
I've counted calories off and on many times, to very little avail!. Like I said, activity is never an issue, I get more excercise then I get sleep!. =P
My BMI is 35, which is WAY high!.!.!. I don't feel obese, I just don't feel attractive!.

Any input on what I can do to shed my weight and feel good about my appearence would be appreciated!. (Expecially if it was something that worked for you)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start with your diet!. Don't go on a diet, change your eating habits!. Start eating 4-6 smaller, healthy, balanced meals a day!. This will increase your metabolism and energy levels and helps to combat craving!. Include whole grains and raw or steamed veggies as much as possible, they act like filler!. Don't try to get by on "energy" drinks, cut out sugary crap like that!. Water is always the best drink at meal time, don't think because you drink "diet" crapola that your helping yourself!. There's a time for beer, and it's not every single night!. Peak fat burning occurs during and after long duration(45 minutes to an hour), moderately paced aerobic exercises (swimming, running, stair climbers, elliptical machines, aerobics classes, etc!.) coupled with weight training!. Increased muscle mass equals increased metabolism!. Don't skimp on sleep, but don't stop night time activities either, they burn fat too!. Look, the reality is some people are born to be fat, blame it on genetics, but you don't have to live up to your potential!. Just 385 calories a day for a year, that's all you need to eliminate from your diet or burn off!. That's one less candy bar or one long jog per day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to exercise for your gut!.!.no if ands or buts!.!.!.!.or starve your self to death!. You may be able to just extract somehthing like Pop or Beer or Bread!.!.!.you will be ablt to tell a differerence in a month!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day!.
do not snack
go on the half off diet only eat half of what you would usually eat and give or throw the rest away
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat!.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )
