Question: Does anybody else find the cross trainer really hard work!?
I can do 20 mins plus on the treadmill and bike but the cross trainer I can barely manage 10 mins
How can I improve this!?

I Get that alot i bought a cross trainer for christmas and i can only do 10 mins and i have to have a break!. I found if you do 10 minutes for a week then the next week do 15 minutes that whole week then the next 20 for the whole week, i think thats help xWww@Answer-Health@Com
If its hard that means its challenging you, it is training you and thereby is good exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
just keep trying it, I found it hard at first, but now it's really easy!. Try using it on a low resistance settingWww@Answer-Health@Com
