Question: Is going to the gym for cardio in the evening as effective as going in the morning!?
Answers:
Cardio is good whenever you can do it!. I preffer at night a couple hours before bedtime cause you burn the calories you have consumed through out the day!. But anytime is good!. 30 to 45 mins or more at least 5 times a week!. And gradually step it up every week or two!. Cardio kinda sucks, but man it works wonders after a while, especially running!. Yes!. It's the same!. The only advantage of going in the morning is that it would boost your metabolism and get it going earlier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
