Argh - binged!?!


Question: Argh - binged!!?
i had eaten 800 calories sp far today until 6pm when i had tapas, a chiken adn sweetcorn sandwich, a sausage roll and some salt and vinegar crisps!.!.!.!.argh

help i have ruined everything and i am scared of slipping back into my bulimiaWww@Answer-Health@Com

okay ur gonna be fine u should try eating more balanced foods throughout the day i had an eating disorder just recovered!.!.this diet plan is keeping me so i dont go back to my ED!.!.!.hope it helps u tooo and btw if it helps go for a good walk makes u feel better and less bloated thats wht i do now !.!.!.if ur a guy read the second one!.!.girl first one

A good diet/exercise plan for a girl would be this!.!.!.maintain 1200-1800cals to lose weight depending on ur size!.!.for u foods that u eat have a 40 40 10 10 diet that means have 40% of ur cals proteins(lean proteins) 40% of them carbs (including fruits making them ? or more of ur carbs) 10%veges and 10% good fats like almonds!.!.fish oil!.!.peanut butter or animal fats (in moderation) for exercise u need to tone ur whole body to stay looking lean and keep ur metablism up by resistance training u can do it with or without equipment!.!.day 1 do legs and abs day 2 do tricepts and bicepts day 3 do back and chest and for 20-40mins a day 3x a week!.!.!.then cardio to burn the fat do 45mins a day 5-6x a week or 60min a day 4-5x a week running is good or jumping rope or spin classes are great!.

if you've had an eating disorder you've probably been talked to about meal plans!. If binging becomes a constant problem for you, just make a rough outline of one for yourself setting the time you to eat and the amount of food!. Use it until you get comfortable and back in to the swing of things; then you can just use your instincts as a guide!.

here's an example of one i used-

(Guidelines)
6am- 500 calories
11am- 400 calories
3pm- 200 calories
6pm- 400 calories

I don't think that even with all you've eaten that you've eaten an enormous amount of food today!. Even so, the best thing to do is to (definitely not purge!) start back on track tomorrow!. Don't punish yourself for eating a little too much! A little excess now and again isn't the end of the world!. Tomorrow, continue to eat your normal diet!. Don't keep yourself from eating just because you ate too much the night before!. If you do that, you'll be more likely to binge again because you'll be too hungry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's always in the back of your mind right, throwing up!?

Nothing is ruined, just take it easy for the rest of the day food wise!. Things will be okay!. Just watch yourself tomorrow!.

tomorrow is another day!. Remember it's more important to be healthy (physically and mentally) than to be thin!. That binge is in the past!. Just try to eat healthy from now on!. BTW limiting your calories too much will make you binge!. Loosen up and you'll have fewer cravings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my answer is to watch food shows and see how good the food looks and sday to yuor se;f i want to keep that food in my stomche not in the toilet!.it looks delicouss!. and keep saying that !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you're eating, tell yourself, even if you don't FEEL full, that you ARE indeed FULL! Don't waste food on yourself when you're not hungry!. Save it for someone who is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
