Weight loss during the summer?!


Question: Weight loss during the summer!?
Well, I am 12 years old, male, I weigh 71kg currently ( thats 156lbs), I am about 154cm long (5"05!?!?!?)!. I am about to go and live in my summer place and I will go help my stepdad with building as much as I can (possibly during the whole summer)!. I wonder if it is possible to lose most of my fat while not losing that much muscle!? I also smoke, I do know all the bad things it does etc!. so don't tell me something I dont know, I go through a pack of cigs in about 3 days and I am on the edge of starving!. I am willing to do just about anything to lose weight during the summer, and during the past few days I lost a couple of pounds too!. My question is, can I effectively lose weight during the summer without having all the leftover flabby skin, also any tips!? I don't care about staying healthy at the moment (don't comment on that) but losing weight, that is priority number one!. I expect intelligent answers on topic and not saying stuff like "you're 12 and you smoke!?!?!?!?!?!?"!.

ok, then you need to start with weights and cardio, just a suggestion though, it will hard running and smoking so if possible clear, your airways if not, hey, it will be harder!.
You need to do high cardio sprint, for 12 minutes a day and trust me you wil ****** by the end of it, if not your not running hard enough or for long enough!.
Run hard for 15, walk for 10!.
swimming is also good, i suggest if you canget teh access do that as well, at least 4 times a week!. If not, go for a walk instead!.

Weights: deadlifts and bench presses
they tone the entire body very well and very quickly compartivly speaking about 3 weeks, but you will already notice a reduction in weight anyway after teh running you would start off

dont drink or eat any dairy!.
just freshly made juices (carrot apple), steamed vegies, meats, chicken, fish, you can have bacon and eggs for brekky, but only if the omelette is white, and bacon that is not fatty!. Lunch a juice and salad, dinner vegies and a steak!.

Whey protein powder in my experience does nothing for weghtloss let alone building muscle!.

Avoid processed foods, try not to consume junk food as it will only make it harder!.

You wont get flabby skin as you are young and im getting you to train with weights, maybe stretch marks, if you do it too fast, i suggest coco butter cream!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first you need to wuit smoking because it gains fat cells!. Don'y starve yourself beacsue you will lose to much weight and genrally have no muscle!. you need to run 2 times a day genrally incresing your miles every day!. Also get a gym membership to lift weights to gain good muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're twelve, and you smoke!? First, I'd quit that!. Smoking slows your metabolism, so it's harder to loose fat!. Try doing marathons, after a while you start to burn your fat as energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As for losing weight and keeping the flab off!.!.!.!.!.

Yes exercising does help with the flab not being there, but make sure you stretch first to warm up the muscles and you need to eat, mostly protein (chicken, pork,eggs, beans,fish,peanut butter or nut butter) and limit high fat red meats (like steak) and No Hamburger unless it is lean!.
You need to eat at least 1500 calories a day mostly protein with fresh fruit and vegetables - fresh (boiled,steamed,raw or grilled) with no cream sauces or loaded with butter!.
You also need whole grains (100% whole grain bread, rolled oats, brown rice or brown pasta) Do not load with sauces or butters!.
NO: softdrinks, candy, sugary drinks or cereals, cake, cookies or white bread, pasta or rice!.

This will allow you to lose the flab, but keep the muscle while helping you to lose weight!. You may follow this throughout life as you will not gain weight if you eat like this always!.
