Question: How much weight will i lose if eat nothing but veggies and chicken!?
im also taking lipozene, also no sweets, and im going to do this for like 2 weeks does anyone have any idea what i could loseWww@Answer-Health@Com

You will lose quite a bit, but then, after those two weeks are up, you will gain it all back!.

Eating less than 1200 calories daily screws up your metabolism!. Your body goes into starvation mode and stores everything it gets!. Thus, when you start eating above the number of calories you have been eating, you gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You'll loose plenty enough, but it's not healthy!. You still need milk, fruits, dairy, and grains!. There are much better soulutions for overweight other than not eating!.

To target how much belly fat you have, get a measuring tape, and measure your height!. Then, divide that by two!. Then mesure your waist!. Is your waist's measurement higher than your height divided by two!? If so, you have too much belly fat, and need to start working hard, if not, great, you're on a roll!

First, step of action is to think about what you eat every day!. How much junk food do you eat!? Cut that stuff out of your diet!. Over the summer, keep track of what food you eat, and write down how many calories you get each day!. Then, before you go to bed, read over it, and write down what you could change or add!.

Once you've set up a healthy eating system, excersice!. Over the summer, join a sports team, help out at the community center, watch younger siblings, go for a walk, etc!.

Go buy a pedometer!. It's a easy way to see how many steps you walk per day!. It's healthy to walk at least 6,000 steps per day, but to loose fat, you have to walk 10,000 steps, and 3,000 - 4,000 steps continuosly!.

Have a streching routine!. Twice each day!. Mornings & nights are a good time!.

Try drinking green tea!. People recommend it!.

And always remember to keep at it!. Quitting will never get you anywhere!. Don't expect results overnight!.

1!. Ok, don't go on a diet if you're young!. Most of them DON'T work!.

2!. Don't use fat lessening creams!. They are unhealthy!.

3!. Don't eat or drink junk!. ( Soda, chips, cookies, etc!. )

is lipozene a diet pill!?!? anyways you'll probly lose quite a lot, like 20 pounds in 2 weeks, but you'll gain it all back because you cant keep that up!. everyone needs a variety!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are almost guaranteed to gain all that weight back!. try mini meals!. 5-6 small meals!. and research portion control!. it helps a lot!. dont look for an easy way out, because it comes back in the end!. good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
