Weight loss.....?

ok, ive asked a couple questions today about weight- heres another..... i need to know what works- from personal or close experience- not what u read online somewhere. i want to hear from people who something worked. ive heard of a few things- the professor thing 9 days 11 lbs or the other way around something like that. and then the chocolate and sex diet and of course the south beach diet. i need some help- ive been working on losing weight for months now- the whole "diet and exercise" just isnt cutting it for me. please help- tell me what works, please!!!!!!!

This what I have done and am still doing it BECAUSE IT’S WORKING really WELL! I use to weigh 195 lbs. and I had tried a lot of “yo-yo” diets and none worked. A friend told me I’m not losing weight because my metabolism might be low, so I went to my family doctor and he did some blood work and found out that I have low Iron, which can cause to slow down your metabolism. He put me on a medication and my Iron went back to normal. Now what I’m doing to lose weight, I take one tablet of “complete daily Multi-vitamins” (Centrum) and I exercise once a week, nothing too vigorous…lo, ‘cus I’m a bit lazy. Now it’s working really well, I’m a 140 lbs and very energetic. Go to your doctor. get a blood work done and take it from there. I hope this works for you.
