Answers:
First of all, you didn't indicate how active you are now!. If you are inactive, then follow the baby steps method of getting active!. You can walk yourself into shape!. Jogging isn't required, but if you want to build up slowly by walking first, then start jogging!.
First always check with your doctor to nake sure you are healthy enough to increase your activity!. Also look online for a heart rate guide for your age group!. There is a minimum, mazximum and a "just right" for aerobic activity!.
If so, then;
Start out walking on the treadmill at a rate of speed that is comfortable for you!. Walk for fifteen minutes if you can!.
Increase your time 5 minutes every few days!. Work out three times a week to start with till you get to the half an hour sessions; then increase to 4-7 times per week!.
Don't push the speed too quickly as you develop shin splints, which is pain in your lower leg, on the front!. That requires stopping excercise until the pain goes away!.
Once you are up to 30 minutes on a flat incline, try increasing the difficulty by increasing the incline slowly!.
Some treadmills have weight loss program pre-programmed!. If so, then once you have worked up to 30 minutes, start using that program!.
Then work on increasing time up to an hour a day- once again, take it slowly and don't push yourself too hard!.
I can't promise that you will loose all the weight, and as a matter of fact, your weight might actually go up at first(fat turning to muscle which weighs more, don't be alarmed), BUT, part of getting into shape is loosing inches because you are tightening up and that will make you look smaller, too!.

You may not get to the perfect 125 lb, but if you have turned the fat and flab in to healthy tight muscle, you will look the way you want to!.

Get an Ipod to listen to and the time will fly by!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
