How's this diet/healthy eating? (Not fad, sticking to it.)?!

Question: How's this diet/healthy eating!? (Not fad, sticking to it!.)!?
I have devised a healthy eating plan that I will (hopefully) stick to for around 3 weeks, just to "ween" my body away from junk food, then I'll get a bit more "strict" with more vegetables and whatnot!.

Ok, so, here is what I have planned:

Breakfast:
* 2 weetabix with a little milk!.
* Handful of grapes!. (Around 10-15)
* 1 glass of water!.

Mid-morning snack:
* 1 banana
* Small bottle of water!.

Lunch:
* 1 tuna + cucumber sarnie
* Bowl of varied fruit equalling two portions, few grapes, strawberries, etc!.
* 1 glass of water!.

Mid afternoon snack:
* Cucumber + Celery sticks with garlic + herb dip!.
* 1 small bottle of water!.

Dinner:
* Meat product with veg, boiled potatoes!.
Or
* Jacket potato with side salad!.

So, how is this healthy eating plan!?
Anything I can change / adapt!.
(I am female, 22 and I weigh just over 12 stone, UK size 14, but I have flabby thighs and a jelly tummy!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
sounds really good i'm no expert but it does sound good loads of fruit and veg, all of which is really healthy and keeps you full without the cals! i'd change the banna for an apple as bannas whilst being healthy have quite a lot of cals
(about 120 depending on the size lol)

it sounds a bit like my own eating plan, normal healthy foods!.

so for your tummy i'd say try and do as many situps as you can a day, maybe start of with like 30 - 50 and build them up!.
good luck xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm no expert, but I'm an experienced dieter myself!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
in my opinion you have too much fruit sugar/carbs!.!.!.!.which will give you cravings for more sugar/carbs!.!.!.!.!.
If it were me, I'd substitute some protein snacks for some of the fruit to feel full without getting carb cravings!.!.!.!.!.ie!.!.!.!.cheese, egg, tuna!.!.!.!.swap the cereal for eggs, and cut the potato out of dinner!.!.!.load up on non-starchy vegies instead!.!.!.!.!. You'll find it much easier to stick to, and when you get to your goal weight, you can add them back in slowly!.!.!.!.!.!.!.if you want to!.
Otherwise!.!.!.looks good!
Good luck!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
