Question: I REALLY NEED to lose weight before summer ends i need help on how to do it fast i weigh 185 !!!!?

To target how much belly fat you have, get a measuring tape, and measure your height!. Then, divide that by two!. Then mesure your waist!. Is your waist's measurement higher than your height divided by two!? If so, you have too much belly fat, and need to start working hard, if not, great, you're on a roll!

First, step of action is to think about what you eat every day!. How much junk food do you eat!? Cut that stuff out of your diet!. Over the summer, keep track of what food you eat, and write down how many calories you get each day!. Then, before you go to bed, read over it, and write down what you could change or add!.

Once you've set up a healthy eating system, excersice!. Over the summer, join a sports team, help out at the community center, watch younger siblings, go for a walk, etc!.

Go buy a pedometer!. ( It's cheap, I won't force you, so it's optional ) It's a easy way to see how many steps you walk per day!. It's healthy to walk at least 6,000 steps per day, but to loose fat, you have to walk 10,000 steps, and 3,000 - 4,000 steps continuosly!.

Have a streching routine!. Twice each day!. Mornings & nights are a good time!.

Try drinking green tea!. People recommend it!.

And always remember to keep at it!. Quitting will never get you anywhere!. Don't expect results overnight!.

1!. Ok, don't go on a diet if you're young!. Most of them DON'T work!.

2!. Don't use fat lessening creams!. They are unhealthy!.

3!. Don't eat or drink junk!. ( Soda, chips, cookies, etc!. )

4!. Don't put water off!. Drink many cups per day!.

Look, weight loss is not for sissies, it is hard work, and to be effective, you have to effect a health behavior change!. If you try to do it 'fast' it may not stay off-do not binge diet!. It is a roller coaster of loss and gain that will lead to a life of misery, and can adversely effect your health!. Do this in a systematic, well thought out manner!. Get some help form some books or on line sources, COUNT YOUR CALORIES, change your eating habits, make sure you are getting a balanced diet with proper exercise, and plenty of hydration!. AVOID PRE-PACKAGED SNACKS!!! It can be done, and it can last, all of your life-make the decision now, you will be glad you did!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

"Fast" weight loss usually means following unhealthy, restrictive diets where as soon as you quit, you gain the weight back!. In order to loose weight, you have to commit to a lifestyle change of eating in moderation and regular exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I think it's totally about self-control:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea once a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health

And of course, do at least 50 abs per day

Eat less and exercise!. They are really the only ways to lose weight and are REALLY the only ways if you don't want to buy anything!. Don't starve yourself, your body will think there's no food and will hold onto ever scrap you give it!.

Well you can start serving yourself smaller food portions and try to eat mostly fruits and veggies!. And when you are busy and don't really have time to cook anything have an apple, stay away from fast food items!. Good luck and stay healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well start eating less !. American portions are huge!!

More veggies, more fruit, more water, more excercise!.

Less sweets , fatty foods , less inactivity!.

well i don't know how old you are!.OK then, at first this will be really hard for you but here it go's!. so umm for starters flip through 10 channels during TV commercials and if your lucky a gay, horny, rapist group of gorillas on a bus will pick you up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't eat junk food!. eat lots of fruit, veggies, and lean protein!. try to do some kind of exercise everyday!. you can run, walk, swim, bike, just anything that makes you sweat!. lifting weights will help you get leaner tighter musclesWww@Answer-Health@Com
