don't stop eating to lose weight!. it makes you gain weight instead of losing!. just drink some water!. and always choose the laborious way of sth!. use the stairs instead of the elevator!. if you're too lazy to do that you already shouldn't worry about your weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
