I'm not over weight but.....?!
Question: I'm not over weight but!.!.!.!.!.!?
I always feel fat!. I'm 5'4 and 112 lbs!. I don't want tips on how to lose weight, I want to know if I have to keep dieting as i have been for the last year!. I already eat SUPER healthy loads of veggies and whole grains, and run 5 miles or bike 15 miles at least 4 times a week!. My legs just look really fat in the mirror and I don't know if it is body image problem or I'm actually fat!.!.!.!.!.

It's always good to eat healthy and exercise so you should keep doing that!. But you're not fat at all!. In fact, you're underweight!. People often have an ideal in their head and base their bodies off of it!. I'm sure that you're just being a perfectionist and what you're seeing in the mirror is already perfect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well I think it's totally about self-control:
Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt
Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)
Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar
Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios
Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING
I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)
Another thing is to drink green tea once a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health
And of course, do at least 50 abs per day

hon you said you are 5'4" and 112!.!.!. you could stand to gain a few pounds in my opinion!. i am 5'2" and right arround 140lbs!. I am athletic not "fat!." so i would say no you don't need to keep dieting like you have been!.
