Question: I am really fat and its starting to get to me!?
I am 12 and I weigh 125 lbs!. The problem is that I cant stop eating!. Whenever I even think about food, it makes me want ot have it even if I am full!. My sister is a beautiful, popular,skinny person and everytime I look at her it reminds me of how fat I am!. All of my friends are skinny and I really want to lose weight!. Please help me and please give tips that work!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are NOT fat!. You're 12 years of age!. Your body is still growing!
Eat as healthily as you can and do some exercise here and there!. Go cycling with your friends, play rounders in the park, go swimming, playing tennis!. Those are all fun things to do! Those are not for "dieting" but for having a healthy you!

It sounds like you could have a psychological problem, and I suggest you go see a doctor if you obsess about food even when you're full!.
But you can also just much on fruits and veggies!. I leave ziplocs full of different chopped fruits and vegs like cucumbers, carrots, apples, etc!. in my fridge for when I get the munchies!. It's great for you because it gives your body a boost of vitamins and they're low calorie!.
You should also exercise daily!. Nothing exhausting; just 30 mins of cardio a day will really boost your metabolism!. Exercising helps control hunger!.
And lastly, drink lots and lots of water!. Water will fill your stomach and clean out your system!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try eating often, but smaller portions!. If you start to feel hungry in between meals, go for a healthy snack like fruit!. High fibre foods should be part of your diet because it helps flush everything out of your body!. The fibre doesn't work though if you don't drink water!. Around 4 bottles of water does the trick!. You should stay away from chocolate and sugar, but if you must have a chocolate fix a good line of products is The Skinny Cow line!. Only 100 calories for a whole ice cream sandwich!. If you want to speed up the process of losing weight than you should exercise even for 20 minutes a day would make a huge difference!. You should also eat breakfast because it gets your metabolism working!. The worst thing that you could eat is sodium!.!.aka salt!.!.!.because the salt is what grabs the fat and keeps it in your body!. I have been exactly in that position as you!.!.!. all of my friends were goprgeous and it wasnt that i was fat but that i was super tall and wide and overall just big and heavy and all of my friends were small and pretty!.!.!. the point is that if you really feel that you want to change you will!.!.!. as for me i just started to run i would run and run until i couldnt anymore i started all kinds of crazy active sports and i refused to over eat and eat crap io onoly ate fruit and eggs and veggies!.!.!. my point is that i wanted to be skinny and i wanted it badWww@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you could just like food!. Just replace the pleasure of eating with something else!. I don't blame you, eating is great, but its not the best thing to get carried away with!. Just eat the right things!. Go look into buying some "Shaklee" energy stuff, and do a few good work outs every day!. When you're bored and feel that urge to eat, go excercise, it'll make the feeling stronger for a day or two, but then it'll make you feel really good just that you're a stronge living being!.

Don't take anyone's crap, and keep to a good diet, stay away from corn syrup and butter and stuff!. Eat foods cooked in olive oil and drink plenty of water!. It WILL NOT be easy, but you have to make a commitment to yourself!.

its self control, obviously you dont have any if you say whenever you think about food it makes you want to eat!. instead of going for the food, drink water instead!. water helps you fill up more instead of eating and water is healthier!. if your only 12 and weight 125lbs, you may need some professional help!.!.!.!.!.!.you need to think of your future!. what are your parents doing to help you!? Well at your age your weight is all over the place!. But if it's really eating you up inside, try to keep your mind off food!. Keep busy because you may be eating just because your bored!. Get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day!. And Don't beat yourself up over it!. Your weight doesn't seem too abnormal to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You would have to be below 5 feet tall for 125lbs to be remotely overweight!. Don't worry about it!. Just because your sister is skinnier, doesn't mean you aren't a good weight either!. You don't have to be like everyone else, I'm sure you are fine the way you are!. You are 12 with an addiction!. Everybody needs to eat, yes but it sounds like you are going overboard!. Try eating healthy when you want food!. Cut out fast food the best you can and try to get into sports!. If you are too embarrassed, go for a jog or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to take your mind off of food!.!.!.if u feel the urge to munch on something than chew gum!.!.!.at least u'll keep ur mouth busy and with as little as 5 calories which u'll burn anyways by chewing!!! Also get out with friends!.!.!.go for a walk or swim!.!.and ask your parents to buy healthier foods like fruits, veggies, yogurts!.!.!.and anything high in fiber and protein!.!.!.eggs keeps you feeling full for a long time so try that!

WHEN to eat for losing weight!.!.!.

? Eat (at least) three times a day!.
Because when you eat only once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That's the main reason!. Sounds funny, but to lose weight!.!.!. you must eat (the right things, of course)
? Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas!.
? Your last meal should be before 18:00!. Try!.
OK, one apple after 18:00
? Don't starve
Starvation is not good for losing weight, nor your health!.
Starvation is the worse thing you can do in a weight loss diet!.
? Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast--eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer!.

WHAT to drink for losing weight!.!.!.

? Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day !
Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling!. I just love mineral sparkling water!
This improves your bowel, reduces the "hunger" sensation, and hydrates your skin!. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks!
Don't believe the slogan "water makes me fat"!. Beside being stupid!.!.!. you might get into serious troubles with your kidneys!.
? Drink ONLY natural juices, freshly squized!
Don't drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, Spite etc!. during the diet!. Even lite or light versions!.
I thought this was not possible for me to achieve!. Now!.!.!. I don't even LIKE them anymore!
Nothing compares to the the smell of a fresh natural fruit juice! Not speaking about health!.!.!.
? Avoid those vending machines by carrying around your own healthful foods and leaving pocket change at home!.

? If you want quicker results - exercise would be good!.
But remember, you're not going to attend the Olympic Games! If you exercise a lot - you'll get very hungry!.!.!. and you'll be tempted to eat more!. Don't exagerate!
Walking is fine (but not very slow!.!.!.) for your body, and your spirit!. Half an hour, or one hour /day - it's up to you!.
Get fit while you sit new workout program that's the laziest way to get in shape - works almost any place, anytime, anywhere
