Question: Is there any way to make my wrist stronger and more flexible!. When it comes to playing tennis!?
I already have a strong wrist but i want to be even more stronger so i have an advantage over my opponents!. any suggestionsWww@Answer-Health@Com

do like cheerleaders do and stretch it!.!.!.you sit on your knees and put your palms flat with you fingers facing outward!.!.put your hands rite infront of your knees then lean forward!.

then!.!.!.turn your hands over to where you can see your palms and your fingers are facing you!.

Get a powerball, and use it regularly!. They're excellent for developing wrist and forearm strength!. Trust me, I've used one for a while and it's made a BIG difference!.

Additionally, keep on with doing wrist curls (both forward and reverse) at the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are these special balls called powerballs that you pull a string to get activated and you have to hold it and shake and twirl it a special way to keep it going!. they are really hard and they really strengthen your wrist and arms!. violin players also use them for wrist strength!. look in tennis shops or online!. hope it helps :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know if this will help but my dad was a golfer for many years and he would carry a rubber ball in his pocket and squeeze it he said it made his grip stronger now I don't know if that would help or not , just thinking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get a high resistance grip!. you squeeze it, it will work out your wrist too
also, i w@nk so much that my wrist is now a golden god and i can even crush 10 walnuts at once with my bare hands!.

squeeze a tennis ball repeatedly!. hold ur rachet outstretched, then move it up and down, then side to side, and in circles!. Add weight or more rachets once you manage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
