What I would suggest is doing 30 mins every other day and the other days do a little more (like 45 mins) also it is okay that you don't do it on the weekends, but at least don't spend it on the couch!. Get and do yard work, walk, play basketball etc just as long as it is something!. Also when you are done with your work out don't just collape on the couch for the rest of the day: keep yourself moving!. At night after dinner or something go for a short walk too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You must go over 20 minutes of exercising to actually get your fat burning mechanism going on!. Try to do 10 minutes warm up, plus at least 40 minutes training!. If 1 hour does not fit into your schedule, do 2/30 minutes workout a day!.
If you only need maintenance then do just 30 minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you really want results you need to be doing about 30 minutes of cardio and then about 30 minutes of weight training!.
What you are doing is a good start, but you really need to increase it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Of course it is- as long as you work out, it is all good!. I work out the same way and I am fit!.!.!. and even if you only worked out for 10 minutes or 20, you will get the mind boosting benefits!.!.!. 30 minutes is plenty!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

30 mins its fine, but if you are trying to loose weight 45 minutes twice a day :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
