Definitely don't over do it!. I ripped an ab muscle and it was very painful!. Lower your carb intake a little (try a glycemic index diet), drink lots of water!. Make sure to eat good food (fruits, veggies, lean meat)!. Besides crunches and sit-ups, there are other things you can try (check out the link below)!.

One thing to note: love handles are VERY hard to get rid of, just like tummy pooches!. Those are usually genetic, but you can make them smaller with PROPER diet and exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
