I'm 14, wanna lose 15 lbs by the end of the summer?!


Question: I'm 14, wanna lose 15 lbs by the end of the summer!?
I'm a 14 year old guy and i weigh 159 lbs and i'm 5'6!.
i wanna lose 15 lbs by the end of the summer!.
my friend and i go to the gym occasionally and we kick the soccer ball around a lot!.
but the thing is that i spend most of my summer @ his house, cuz its so annoying at my house!. but the thing is that whenever im with him, we eat horrible food, like 5 guys and pad thai and tysons chicken!. i wanna get into swimsuit shape for a late-august pool party at my friend's house!. my friend isnt so big on changing his eating habits!. he doesnt have to worry cuz he has a really fast metabolism, but i dont!.

also, it takes soo much to get me full!. like it takes like twice as much as a regular person to fill me up!.

any way i can get to 145 by the end of the summer!?
and i know 5'6 and 145 lbs isnt good, but i think its pretty reasonable, rite!?

1!. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'!.!.!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day!.!.!.get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3!. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,lowfat or skim milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas!.

5!. do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio,make slight adjustments to your workout routines
every 2 or 3 weeks to avoid plateaus

6!. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

7!. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"!.!.!.you have to stay nourished to lose fat,!.!.the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal!.!.!.

im 15 im 5'8 and 185 lbs!. My advice: Hit the Gym everyday for around an hour and half to 2 hours!. Hit the treadmill and doign swimming laps is a biggie!. Change your eating ways!. Limit your snacks and portion your meals!.

I did most of this!.!. but the food cause i can't help it!. The one i had to do that really helped was cut out all candy and ice cream and cookiesWww@Answer-Health@Com

im a nurse so i know about diets!. green tea is good for you & it helps burn fat!. i understand about ur friend & maybe while ur @ his house if u drink a couple of glasses of water before u eat, you'll be surprised, u will get full alot faster!. also u don't have to eat what he eats, if ur good friends tell him maybe he'll have some ideas or he could jog with u!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont eat the horrible food, instead snack on fruits and vegetables
drink water when your bored

just try to control your eating more!. and eat a regular 6 meals a day!. one every 3 hours!. 3 strong meals and 3 snacks!. drink a lottt of water!. and oh yeah!.!.!.!.grapefruit is really good for loosing pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Only consume up to 1200 calories a day!.

You need to adjust your lifestyle!. No fad diet will help you lose weight!. You need to eat more healthy; count calories!. Exercise regularly and make sure that you're burning more than you're eating!. Look up how many calories you burn in a regular day-there are equations you can find for this!. Then, count how many calories you consume!. Eat balanced meals, and exercise to burn a certain number of calories weekly that will translate to 15 pounds over the course of the next few months!.
If you just starve yourself or do something drastic, you'll just gain the weight back later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your 14, eat all you want while you can!. The key is GOOD exercise!. Your about the right age to join your schools cross country team!. If your not in high school yet and your school doesn't have a junior high team talk to the high school coach, he or she will most likely be more than happy to have you train with the team!.

Now I know what your thinking, "thats way to far to run and I'm not good at running"!. The truth is that most people who start out at running suck at it!. It uses different types of muscle than basketball or football, so even your typical jock types have just as much trouble as everyone else!. So start now while your young!.

Also guys and girls cross country and track seasons are at the same time so it is a great way to meet a lot of chicks with really great bodies!.

By the way, just give some insight to where I am coming from, I started running when I was in HS just because I thought I needed to get in shape!. I didn't think I would be any good, I was in such bad sape that the coach had be run with the slow girls at first!. By the end of my first season I was running with the varsity squad and by my senior year I was one of the top runners in the conference!. I still hung out with all my lazy friends after practice all threw HS!. They got fat, I got to date the hot German exchange student!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have to change your life habits!. If you really want to wear a bathing suit, you have to cut out that food and start exercising regularly with your friend or by yourself!. Instead of hanging out at his house all the time, join the gym and go more often then occasionally!.

Drink more water!. If you drink a full FULL glass of water before eating a meal, it'll fill you up and make you feel fuller while eating!. cut out soda, sugar will make you gain weight!. Check out the diet plan, Flat Belly Plan!.!.!.google it, it's worked for me!. It has you cut out chewing gum and carbonated drinks (sounds funny, but it works)!.

You should lift weights and do cardio!. Start jogging or running, not just while kicking the soccer ball around!. Also jumping rope or swimming, doing laps!. Lifting weights will gain you muscle and that'll help you look better in a suit too!.!.!.

Overall, just eat better, healthier, more water, veggies and fruit and also, cut out the sugars and fat!. Work out, lift weihts and cardio!Www@Answer-Health@Com

definitely don't eat what he's eating, and take the initiative to be active!. drag his lazy butt out to shoot some hoops, play handball, can you swim at your friends pool a few times a week!?
even while all y'all are sitting around watching tv or whatever, you could do sit ups, push ups, jumping jacks, jog in place, walk around the house a few times, does he have stairs!? run up and down the stairs!. but, don't just sit there eating!. the exercise will help to motivate your metabolism!.
drink lots of water, stay away from sugary beverages, did you know one can of sugared soda a day equals 16 pounds a year!? how many do you drink every day!? try diet, or water, even juice would be better - no sugar added juice, check the ingredients and compare sugars on the nutrition labels!.
get your heart pumping, when you sit you can just flex all the muscles of your body, concentrating on one part at a time, flex, hold, release, repeat in sets of 10!.
make sure to spend a good half an hour a day doing some rigorous activities, the longer the better!. while he watches 4 shows you can get in 2 hours of exercise!. and anyone who doesn't like it can go to heck!. you're not hurting anyone!.
