Sweating has nothing to do with weight loss!. You do not burn calories from sweating!. It is just a natural reflex when your body is very hot and needs to cool down!. Don't worry about not sweating - you're still burning the calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since you are 13 you are more than likely undergoing hormonal changes and could possibly have a hypothyroid condition!. The dry itchy skin goes along with it also!. You don't say if you are losing any weight!. But it won't matter if you eat a thimble full or a washtub full of food, if the calories aren't being burned, it won't matter how much you sweat or exercise!. Check with your Dr though to rule out this condition!. It sure would have made my life easier many years before they ever discovered it in me!.I just thought I couldn't lose the weight!. Also, your heredity plays a role in it too!. Good luck and I hope this helped!.:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Different people sweat different amounts!. It doesn't nean anything!.
Weight loss isn't caused by sweating a lot (unless you count water weight, which just comes back anyway!.) It is caused by burning more calories than you take in!.
If you are pushing yourself every time you work out, you should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the itching is usually caused by sweat!.!.!.!.

more often than not, unless you are really working, you won't sweat until you stop!. I can run forever and I won't start sweating until I sit down to take my shoes off!.

You're too young to be that sweaty anyways!.

Keep working :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
