I want to lose body fat and build muscle at the same time?!

Question:

I want to lose body fat and build muscle at the same time?

would it be too much to take ripped fuel or hydroxycut, ( to burn fat) and to take a protein shake with amino acids the same time to build muscle, while lifting weights and running, would that be too much? or could i do both same time.

Answers:

When just starting out an exercise program, most people will gain muscle and lose body fat, but this only progresses for maybe one year at most.

After that initial break-in period is over, you have to either gain mass or lose fat. This is why bodybuilders cycle from heavy to light weight depending on the season.

Most people should lose fat first. Then, once your body fat percentage is approaching 10% you can go ahead and start gaining mass again. This is the fastest way. The explanation is for some reason when you are low in body fat, your muscles become very sensitive or something. Trust me, that's the fastest way. If you are already borderline underweight but have a high body fat percentage, you will still need to lose fat starting out, but just go down to like 16-17% body fat, then bulk up from there, then repeat.
