Any tips on being more motivated? I'm always so tired?

After work, I meant to go to the gym, but am always to tired, I try to stick to a healthy diet but alway fail cause its easier to just buy something? Ahhhhh!!!!!!

I had the same problem. But its so different for everyone. Do you smoke? If so, that takes from your activity levels.
Do you eat alot of fast food? Or crap food? If your not feeding your body good, it wont want to do anything for you.
Sometimes you have to force youself to get to the gym, or go on a walk, but as time goes by, and your body gets used to it, the energy will come.
I personally hate the gym. I had found that dance classes, and pole dancing are alot of fun and really work you tush out. Find something you like to do, and hopefully the motivation will come.
