Question: Diet! Extremely important!! I need advice!!?
Ok!. Well Im 5 feet on the dot, and im a little overweight for my height and age!. I weigh like 120!. And i want to drop to 110 by August!. I kno I kno everybody says to eat healthy and exersise!. But I just can't!. I don't have any will power!. And i don't kno when to much is tooooo much!. So can anyone give me a diet/exersise plan that is easy to follow!?!?!? If you start by taking one unhealthy item like dessert out of your daily meal and snack you will automatically start to lose weight!!.!.!.!.!.!.&!.!.!.!.!.!. find something you LOVE to do and figure a way to turn it into exercise =]
Grab a friend and have them do this with you!.!.!.!.!.it will make you feel you have a reason to reach your goal

Count your calories!. It simple to keep up with and will control your portions solving the I don't know when enough is too much problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
