I keep losing weight but I just feel and look fatter?!

Question: I keep losing weight but I just feel and look fatter!?
In the past three or so weeks, I've gone from 117 to 106 lb!. I'm 5'4, but this really isn't about my weight and height, I know I shouldn't be dieting at this weight, but I feel incredibly guilty and terrible and sick if I eat more than 800 calories a day!. I promised someone I wouldn't go below 100 lb, so I'll be fine, it'll just be a little hard for me to stop!.

I think I got off topic >_>!. Anyways, I lost 11 pounds in the past few weeks!.!.!.but I just feel like I'm fatter!. I see myself and just see fat everywhere!. I feel terrible about myself and I don't know why, I just feel like I'll be so much better if I keep losing more and more weight and I already have extremely low self-esteem

I dont really know what's wrong with me!. I don't think I have an eating disorder, and I can't go to the doctor!. I just feel terrible about myself, even though other people say I have a great body!. I dont know what I can do to fix this!. I feel like it's the one thing I can fix about myself and control!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A few things Lynn!. Just because your losing weight does not mean your losing fat!. You could have lost 10 pounds but only a couple of them were fat!. If you want to lose fat you need to burn more calories than you eat!. Are you doing cardio everyday!? If not you should try for 40-60 minutes a day!. Keep on eating healthy! Lean meat, low fat dairy, fruits, veggies, whole grains, are the best foods and really the only food anyone who is trying to be healthy should eat!. :D Oh and 800 calories a day sounds a little low for even someone your size!. You should never feel starving at any time in the day!. If your hungry, EAT! Just make sure its one of the foods I listed you will never stay skinny if your starving, that's a guarantee!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to talk with your parents about it and consult a physician!. also for the self esteem seeing a therapist can be very useful!. getting it out in the open is the first thing!. You do seem to be starting to show signs of a eating disorder!. you need to let your parents know so they can support you!. oh and at 106 pounds you don't need to lose any weight!. you look great!.!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

its probably all in your head!. if you keep thinking you're fat you'll get addicted to not getting fat and end up in an eating disorder!. you need to balance exercising and staying healthy instead of dieting!. and your self esteem is getting lower because of your diet!. but question how did u lose that much weight in sooo little time!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you just feel heavy and stressed!. Losing weight can be very stressful since your body is in adjusting phase!.

I think its all water mass!. It's all good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't really get what you're question is, but if you're looking for advice then!.!.!.!.

You just have to tell yourself that your weight CLEARLY says your not fat, and you have to remind yourself that your eyes and self esteem are just playing tricks on you!. I'm pretty darn skinny, and I can look at myself and the mirror and think I look huge, I can find fat everywhere, but my weight clearly says I am a twig, so I KNOW I'm not fat, even though I think I am!.

Up your calories enough to where you won't lose or gain any weight and just stay at where you are now!. The number 106 does not lie, and you know it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
