Trying to gain muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Remember this, 'There is no super fast way to burn a load of calories'!. It takes time!. But just make sure you are taking healthy choices, and walking/jogging is the best way to go!. Or, you could joing a sports team with people your age!. There are also many foods that have natural fat and cholestorol burning nutrients!. Eat things like olive oil (lowers bad cholestorol, doesnt touch good kind) sunflower seeds (great for curbing hunger and packed w/vitamin B) almonds (cuts cholestorol, great source of protein and fiber) avocado (contains Beta-sitosterol, reduces amount of cholestorol absorbed from food, and kills fat) and natural peanut butter (builds bones and muscle, also decreases chances o heart disease, diabetes, and other chronic health conditions)!.

But dont take everything too drastically, have patience!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wait, you're a preteen (< 10) and your trying to gain muscle already!?!?!?!?

That is the quickest way to stunt your growth and get muscles way too big for when you are older!. I suggest acting like a kid while you still can, run around, bike around, play sports, and don't eat huge amounts of sugar and mcdonalds!. GET OFF THE COUCH!!

But if you getting older and want to gain muscle weight, working out is fine, but don't do the same routines every day, that is how your muscles get used to the routines your doing and you wont gain muscle!. (I breakdance, and have gained sooo much muscle because muscle memory isn't kicking in because of all the different types of moves I'm doing!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you want the fastest or the best!?

The fastest is starvation, but that would defeat the purpose of being healthy, wouldn't it!? Remember that it is better to be HEALTHY than to look a certain way!.

If you want to gain muscle you probably need to increase your caloric intake!. What are you trying to do!?

The best way is a good diet (no junk food, fried food, soda, etc) and regular exercise with cardio and strength conditioning!. If you're serious, see a nutritionist about creating a meal plan!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its all in the Diet!.!.!.watch out for the carbs bread,Pasta are the worst things you can be consuming!.!.!.Eat alot of fruits and Chicken for lunch grilled not fried!.!.vegetables and work out atleast 30 minutes a day You wont see results right away it takes time for your body to adjust to not haveing so much food but you will deffently notice with in 2 to 3 weeks Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

if your a preteen, do not exorcise!. you should start with a healthy diet, if your looking to lose weight!. weighlights can couse u problem b/c of hormons releaset into your body!. but if you insist then do it by jogging and swimming!.!.!.dont weight train!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
