Question: I calculated my bmr!.!.!.!?
and I can eat 1800 calories per day to maintain my weight!. I would like to loose about five pounds (some weight in my butt and thighs) so how many calories should I eat per day to do this relatively quickly, but also safely!? ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com
