Treadmill workout question?
After a week of going on the treadmill for an hour 4+ times a week I've notice new leg muscles. My question is will I lose that "tire" around my hips and stomach? I know I won't get a six pack from the treadmill, but will I lose fat along those areas?

of course. running or jogging on a treadmill is cardio workout. the way you lose weight is by doing cardio. the more you run on the treadmill, eat well, that stomach will begin to shrink and you will see the fat burn off. trust me i'm in the middle of a workout program right now trying to lose a total of 58 pounds. i have lost 22 pounds in 5 weeks so far. i told myself i want to be back at my healthy bmi weight by december 8th when i graduate college getting my undergrad. i've been a tottal workout nut got myself sick and got to the point last week where my body was dead tired. but a great diet, and a great workout program doing some free weights and cardio you will lose that stomach i promise you. check this site out it will help. good luck
