Food is driving me crazy. help?!


Question: Food is driving me crazy!. help!?
all right!. i have two problems!.

1!.i can't stop eating!. its not all the time!. but when i crave something-or just eating in general-i have to eat!. i can't get myself not to!. after a while i just give in!.
and
2!. i need to lose some weight-but i work all day and running isn't too convienient where i live!.

could anyone give me pointers, recipes, workouts, advice!?

[and please don't say-go get help for the eating disorder!. i want to fix it-without a shrink or hypnotist]

I live in a city and running isn't convenient for me either!. Invest in some workout videos; pilates is a full body workout; and work on your core and hips (this is where women tend to gain the most weight)!. Also, about your eating habits!.!.it just sounds like a discipline problem; just as long as you learn how to control it, you'll be fine!. *No need to go to a shrink or look up eating disorders*Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well the thing is, I eat lots but I do loads of exercise and I eat lots of varied food - Not always healthy but normally is!. Plus my genes are good, I have a high metabolism and I don't tend to put on weight!.
I suggest you do lots of exercise and try and feel more content in life, Normally people who eat lots and feel they're 'addicted' have emotional problems such as insecurities about themselves!. Try and do things that will make you feel really happy and keep busy in the day! At work take a packed lunch so that you arent tempted with the canteen food!. Take your mind of the thought of food aswell and Find an exercise you enjoy like walking!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I dont know where you live in the world but I follow Slimming World in the UK,its the best diet I have come across ever and very healthy and safe!. I am 6ft so get really hungry but on this you can eat loads!. It too long to explain but there is a chemistry that really works!. I lost 18lbs for my wedding in 12 weeks with healthy eating on this plan and a bit of exercise!. It works so check out the website, I love my group too they are friends now!.

1) Maybe it's pms!. So if you need to eat!. Eat vegetables and whole grain fiber instead of junk food or sweets!.

2) If you drive to work!. Park at a far parking space where you will walk to the place you work so you get a little exercise to and from work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have been going through the same problem to!. I had a baby 7 months and before i went into labor i put on like 55 pounds!. After i had my baby i lost 30 pounds, but then gained some back!. Lately i have been under a lot of stess so i just on keep eating!. But a couple days ago i told myself this is enough i cant keep on eating like this because i am only going to gain more weight, and that is not what i want!. I started the special k challenge this week, and i am going to make myself do it!. I think the thing that motivated me was that in 2 weeks i will be 22 and before my birthday i want to have at least an accomplishment done 4 my self!. I wanna try and lose 6-10 pounds if i can!. With a lot of exercise and motivation i will stay on track, and when i feel like eating i will either take a walk, or eat a fruit, or just do something else!. Make a plan 4 your self you can do it if you try hard enough! Dont give up i know it is easier said than done but just try!. You will be alright!. You really should do some research with a nutritionist or a medical professional!.!.!.
You don't have an "eating disorder" ,,, you have a certain lifestyle habit that many people struggle with!.
A lot of bad foods are addictive,, and your brain craves the food and takes over you!.!.!.

The answers are obvious ,,, but you will need help to create a road map and a program that can help you achieve your goal!. the support from someone else is pretty important!.

It's a step by step battle,,, Your problem could be something chemical in your brain,,, or something emotional is driving you to eat!.!.!. or it could just be a bad habit like smoking!.!.!.!.!.!.

Again,, the answers are obvious,, but it's up to you to commit to eating smaller portions, more often throughout the day,, fruits, fresh, veggies, yogurt, fish,, and commit to exercising and working up a sweat for 30min at least 4 times per week!.
You really can't go wrong!.

As far as workouts ,,, there are tonnes of DVDs on the market where you can do good aerobic workouts in your own home,,, Tae Bo, Pilates,, whatever,, and finding a workout buddy is a really great thing,,, because you can make eachother commit when one of you gets lazy!!

Don't take any of those diet pills from the grocery store!. They do not work at all!. They are just "placebo" !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
