1500 calorie diet, eat: fish steak boiled eggs
fruits: oranges,apples,peaches,bananas
vegetables: broccoli, green beans, salads,
grain- poptarts bread
drink- milk water


Answers:

That information is useless without your height and possibly weight. Also, it's a good diet but you need to vary your fruit and vegetable intake. There are plenty of different fruits and veggies out there to try. Another thing, poptarts do not count as "grain". They belong in the fat, sweets, and oils. You can try and replace poptarts with cereal.
