Question: If i do a total of 1 hour/ 6 miles cardio 5 times per week will the lbs!. drop off!?
I know they won't literally drop!.!.!.!.but I am not wanting to gain anymore weight!. I have a real issue with weight!.!.!.the number!. I am 5'3" and currently weigh about 136lbs!. I will be happy if I get to 125lbs!.!.!. even more happy if I get to 115lbs!. I know I need to incorporate weight training also, but it seems like whenever I do cardio I don't lose any weight, but I lose some inches off my body!. I also eat a light breakfast, lunch, and some fruits for a snack!.!.!.!.then I eat a regular dinner!.!.!.but not a whole lot!. I am only 22 years old and I have 2 kids and I want to get back to a pre baby weight for myself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it may take time to notice, but if you are consistent with your efforts, then yes it should work!. but you may gain at first, because you will be developing muscels!. muscels weigh more than fat, so don't freak out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What type of cardio!? Any cardio is good, but for the sole purpose of losing weight you need to do more intense cardio!. Are you walking or running!? Are you using a treadmill!? If you are using a treadmill, set it on an incline!. Walking will keep you healthy, but won't really take the pounds off!. Try jumping rope for 10-15 minutes, then going for a run!. Use lighter weights to help tone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
