Question: How many calories do I need a day and what can I do to lose weight!?
I am 15!. 5 ft 6 in and weigh 110 lbs!. I want to lose at least 10 lbs over the summer!. I'd like to know how many calories I need a day though and what I can do to lose the 10 lbs! help!? =lWww@Answer-Health@Com

No one can count calories accurately!. It's impossible!.

Unlikely at 15 you are going to lose weight, you are still growing!.

Weight is not a good measure!. Muscle is heavier than fat!. Therefore if you worked out and lost the fat, you'd probably be heavier!.

Here's best advice:

Eat as few as foods as possible that were 'made' in a factory!.
Eat foods that are natural!.
Eat fruit, vegetables, beans and fish especially!.

Avoid white, choose brown - for bread, rice, pasta!.

Take exercise that is fun!. Slogging it out jogging is hard work and - boring!. Having a game of tennis or badminton or football or basketball is fun - and exhilarating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You seem to be very healthy from you description, but the average calorie intake for people is 2000 a day!. Just exercise daily and eat healthy, non-processed foods and you should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
