well im 166 lbs..im like super sad cause im going to the beach with all my "skinny,hot" friends..and well..all the guys are always looking at them and well not me..im going to the beach in 26 days.. and ill do ANYTHING..except for push-ups and crunches!!!!!!!
please help

Answers:
1.reduce your meals by 1/2.. you'll feel hungry at first but graduallly your stomach will reduce and get "smaller" but it will leave less room for your stomach to intake more food in the end!
2. drink water! you'll have to go to the restroom alot but this is a easy way to lose weight and keep your body hydrated and healthy at the same time
3. run/walk/swim/bike/situps/push... lol whatever u can do! do it everyday if u can. and you dont even have to do it all at once.. you can split it up into morning and evening
