You would see more definition and build more muscles by doing which ever feels most comfortable to you although keeping your posture straight but before you go do your curls pop in a protein bar and/or protein something!.

Personally I would think standing up and holding your posture correctly, but it depends on what weights you are lifting and how much support you need for your back, i think you need to broaden your question!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
