Do you think this will work?!


Question: Do you think this will work!?
Okay, This is my plan! I have a wedding to go to in 1 month, and i have to loose weight:
So this is my plan:
- The 1st month, I am thinking of going on a 3 day diet for 1 whole month, doing 3 day diet everyday until the 1st month is over, I will only eat the stuff on the 3 day diet!.!. I am not going to do the 3 day diet for the 3 days and eat regular for the 4 days!. I am going to do it continusaly for 1 month
- And after that, i will Eat healthy like the diets (2-4 pounds a week) and make it a healthy life choice!.

Is that a good Idea!? Do you think my weight that i lost of the 1st month, will stay the same and i dont put on any more weight if i go on the 2 pounds a week diet!?!?

How many pounds will I loose in the 3 day diet for 1 month!.!!Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
If you don't exercise while you diet when the big night comes you will be too weak to perform! I would eat some '"real" meals (not overdo it) a day or so before your wedding night so you have some energy!

Exercise, exercise and exercise! Doesn't have to be something drastic, but you have to get off your fat butt and move around! Sit ups help the flab at your waist!.

Make a point to walk more, it's free and healthy for you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

instead of doing a 3 day diet make it a life diet,

Thats what i do, and only once a month i pig out for a whole day but work out my hardest the next!.

its really good, keeps me in shape and keeps my cravings away!


also, i understand u wannalook nice at the wedding but u dont need to loose weight, the atttention is going to be on the bride not you!

well you need to speed up your metabolism so whatever you do, don't ever just NOT eat or that will slow it down!. Only eat when you actually feel hungry!. And when your starting to get full, stop eating!. Your stomache will feel full in the next five minutes after you stop eating!. Never stuff yourself because all your doing is stretching your stomach so the next time you eat, you'll be able to eat and fit more in your stomach and then the next time after that, more again!. Little by little and so on!.!.!.thats one way of how people gain weight!. Eat apples and bananas for desert in place of cheese cakes and snicker bars!. Oh, and go to walmart and buy those 100 calore diet snacks!.!.!.counting your calories daily and limiting it to only 1200 calories a day ALWAYS sheds the pounds off! Hope that helps!
