Question: Cellulite and Inner thighs!?
How do u get rid of cellulite on the outside of your thighs and get your inner thighs in shape!. Is there certain foods that will help!. I already drink 60-80 oz of water a day which I was told would help a lil bit but is there anything else out thereWww@Answer-Health@Com

When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body!. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps!. Well you would need to lose weight overall (fat) so do cardio!. Walk or jog for about 30 minutes a day, at least 4 days a week!. There aren't certain foods that help but there are foods you should avoid; I'm sure you've heard it before!. Avoid junk food, try eating less carbs (breads,chips, pastas) and eat more fruits and veggies!. There are also specific machines that target the inner and outer thighs at most gyms so you might want to consider joining a gym or if you can't, check out these exercises!.!.!.
