Why can't I loose weight?!


Question: Why can't I loose weight!?
Well I have been working out for at least 6 months now on a regular basis!. I started out about 3 days a week for 30 minutes!. I changed my eating habits!. Then I had a friend join me and we worked out 6 days a week for about 30 minutes or maybe a little more!. I recently changed my workout pattern to 5 days a week and was doing an hour, then a week ago I joined the gym and I am still doing 5 days a week, but now I am regularly doing 2 hour workouts!. I have barely lost any weight since I began!. 5 lbs, 10lbs on a really good week, but that doesn't seem to last long!. I was 130 about 2 and a half years ago when I met my boyfriend!. I went on birth control for the first time and of course gained weight just from being happy with my guy!. I didn't take the first 5 lbs seriously since I was 24 and was the exact same weight from highschool and I never ever worked out!. I am now 155, I was 165!. I don't understand what I am doing wrong!. I always make sure I push myself and sweat a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

By working out, do you mean treadmill/bike etc or weights!?

I'm assuming you mean cardiovascular workouts such as the treadmill!.

For fat loss, it's best to keep your heart rate down to burn more fat calories!. Try 45 minutes of walking at 4 miles per hour 5 days a week on an empty stomach!.

If you are lifting weights, it's possible you are gaining muscle mass and therefore offsetting any fat weight lost!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u have to vary ur execricse so ur body dosnt get used to ur work outs!. eat 5 small meals a day and drink 2 liters of water or more!!!
