How many sit-ups do you have to do to have a flatter stomach by the end of a four week period?

i wanna know how many sit ups do you have to do to end up with a flatter stomach by the end of a four week period


Answers:

Actually sit ups do not make your stomach flat, they make your stomach more muscular. If more muscle is what you are looking for.
The answer is:
As many as it takes.

Do situps everyday, 1 time a day ( do them until you fail. do them until you can not do them anymore.) Don't hurt yourself however and consult a doctor first to make sure that you are healthly enought to start an exercise regime.

For the first 2 weeks do them every other day, until you fail, but not until you are hurt!

Lighten up!
But Not TOO Much...
You are ALREADY Light enough...
What I mean is lighten up your attitude.
NOTHING is worth dieing about, the planet is a real beautiful place. Any suggestions of dying before you've had a real chance to explore it, would be a waste of a life. Keep things in perspective. If you have a weight problem, then that's it. Solve that problem and anyother problems one at a time. Don't take things TOO seriously or TOO lightly, just lighten up. This is really a wonderful world to be in and we REALLY need good people like yourselves in it. Your Question shows concern and a need to do the right thing. Both qualities we need more of on earth. We need you and as many people s we can find like you, in this lifetime and any other, your spirit and your compassion than so don't throw it away, share it with others. The fact that you care so much and are so concerned about your situation, speaks volunms of you as a person and the fact that you take responsibility is a quality rarely seen in people today. keep the good work up, share your story with many others and we are eager to hear of your progress as you go down lifes roads, be an inspiration to others.


If you are underwieght and you recognize that fact, you SHOULD eat. Just Eat HEALTHY and EXERCISE. You wont have any problem, but if you are underweight and know it, just like being overweight and knowing it, you are taking a serious chance with your health.
Make no mistake about it, overeating is dangerous AND undereating is dangerous, the middle is SO wide, don't go to extremes.

The fact that you recognize that a problem exists should just about cement to direction you need to go. I would also suggest speaking with a physicain about attaining your weight goal and better physical health.
