Hi, congrats on taking up working out, stick to it cos its so rewarding! What you're probably discovering is that anyones change from being sedentary (non-active) to an active excerise regime is that you start with the greatest results in the first few months (make the most of it becuase unfortunately, it doesnt last!)!. However you may find that with your genetics/metabolism you find it easier to lose weight (fat) than gain muscle, so at the moment your losing your excess fat (yay!), and slowly but surely gaining some good quality muscle (also yay!) - Hence the difference in your bodyweight!. Personally, I always find the mirror a better judge for your results rather than the scales!. Anyway it's all good and I'm sure you'll appreciate all your efforts when you hit the beach next!Www@Answer-Health@Com
