how can i tone my abs, butt, legs, arms WITHOUT lossing that much weight

If you use weights go with with more repititions with a ligher set of weights!. That will help tone down your body, where as pushing heavier weights is what people do when they want to get bigger!. To burn off that excess body fat you're bound to lose a little weight depending on how much your body fat percentage is!. Then again you're also turning parts of that fat into muscle causing the toned look!. Cut down a little on carbs like pasta's and grains while taking in some more foods with protein, like chicken (not KFC) but since you're not trying to "bulk up" you don't need large amounts of protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
