Could I Die From Drinking Too Much Energy Drinks?!

Question: Could I Die From Drinking Too Much Energy Drinks!?
Alright, I kind of have a problem!. I DO NOT want to die, so I kind of need your help!

I have baseball games on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and I am not usually awake for them!. So, I drink energy (mostly AMP or Vault Zero) to boost me up!.

The thing is, I have 2 energy drinks per week, but I feel like I am slowly myself!. Then, my 6 year old is starting to drink AMP!

Q1: Could I die from drinking too many energy drinks!?

Q2: What ELSE could I have to replace energy drinks!?

Q3: Could drinking AMP kill my 6 year old brother!?

THANKS EVERYONE!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I don't think they will kill anyone!.I would just watch how many you drink!.The side effects are high in energy and decreced sleep!.If you drink any past about 3:00 I would be stopping that because it will keep your sleep times regular!.You may choose to eat heathier!.Try eating protien and reduce the amount of energy drinks that you drink!. Protien can increce energy and help buld muscle!.If you quit caffine all together it can give you headachs so just be careful when weening yourself off if you so choose!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That stuff is FULL OF CAFFEINE too much caffeine is not good for your heart(thus killing you), please make sure that you do not let you 6 yr old drink that! He has a little heart that probably feels like it's coming out of his chest!

Drink--Propel, and vitamin waters, and get plenty of sleep!Www@Answer-Health@Com

2 per week probably won't kill you, but they aren't good for you at all!. And WTF is a 6 yr old drinking AMP for!? I'm more worried about him than you! Yes, it could kill him, it's too much caffeine for his little body!.

SLEEP will replace energy drinks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it would be a rare case but i suppose it could happen but you would have to drink alot more than just 2!. try getting sleep instead of energy drinksWww@Answer-Health@Com

What made you say that energy drinks can kill in the first place !?

Isn't this because you actually KNOW the answer and you are admitting it by yourself , that you are actually killing yourself

Q1!. I am not a doctor to tell you that you are going to die because of energy drinks , but believe me it does kill !!
This is because they mess up your hormones which can lead up to a huge mess in your body , this might effect your brain , heart and the rest of your body!.

Also , you know that alcohol kills , well I can tell you that it contains that killer!. It is in small proportions that might not effect you , but after a period of time , it will !

Q2!. Well you can surely replace this by other things without harming yourself!.
I know you might think of caffine which will boost you up , but no ! It's just as worse as the energy drink , cause it already contains caffine !!

My advice is sleep well , so that you can wake up early and feel more fresher & more active

Drink as much water as possible as this helps your body to speed up and cool down

Eat as much fiber as possible , it will give you a boost!. Also , you can get away with it by eating a few crackers or something , but not to much , because it is a fast energy provider ( carbohydrates ) before the game!.

Q3!. Despite those harsh consquences that will lead to a terrible effect on you , it will effect your brother as well !. But you know what !?

It's even going to effect him more , because he young man needs to grow well , not stop growth !

By this drink , you already have a bad result of your brother drinking the energy drink !. He might addict it , also , he will suffer more than you !!

Try and stop drinking it , please , it's seriously bad !Www@Answer-Health@Com
