Fatty foods?
i am in 8th grade, 5 ft, and 78 pounds. i eat a ton!! but i dont gain weight ( i have gained 2 pounds since last year) anybody know some healthy foods that will not risk my health and are high in fat?
Answers:
Nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds, peanuts), natural peanut butter, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, Fresh SALMON, green and black olives, cooking w/olive oil or use as dressing, and avacados.
