Doc just told me to cut out dairy. How can I avoid it?!


Question: Doc just told me to cut out dairy!. How can I avoid it!?
I eat macaroni and chz all the time!. I have a bowl of cereal at least once a day! My son's pediatrician told me though that my dairy intake may be going through the breastmilk and causing him to be overly fussy!.
What else is there to eat!? Got any easy meals I can get used to!? Like, as easy as pooring cereal into a bowl of milk!?!?!? Man, I'm gonna miss cereal!

also, do you think this will cause me to lose weight!? I have already lost the baby weight, (woo hoo back down to 114!) but I sure wouldn't mind losing 5 or 10 more pounds!Www@Answer-Health@Com

make ur self a protein shake!.
eat almonds or any other legume, about 10 to 12!.
and eat a little of toasted bread with honey!. all for breakfast!. can't take u more than 10 min to eat them all, and prepare them all!.

Don't worry about missing cereal!. You can always use soy milk, which sorta tastes like milk!. I think it tastes better, because they put it in different flavors like vanilla!. It'll make your cereal taste better! As for dairy products, you have no choice but to abandon them!. Obviously anything containing dairy; cheese, milk, french toast, cut it out! If you bought something from a store and you think that it contains dairy, check the nutritional value area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try using either rice or soy milk as substitutes!. Buy some small bottles of each and try them alone, on cereal and in cooked food!. Soy milk works simply wonderfully in mac and cheese!.
Neither rice nor soy have as much fat nor cholesterol as dairy cow milk does, so this may help you to loose more weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to a health food store, and there are aisles of products with no milk!. I went vegan for a couple of months and I lived off of those products :) Get milk, butter, and bread substitutes!. (The soy milk isn't half bad)

Also, as for losing weight, eat healthy and exercise 1 hour a day!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

no one said you cant eat cereal!. Get a differnt kind of milk!.!.!.for example rice milk, soy milk!. There are tons of options out there and rice milk works very well!. My mom is allergic to all dairy products and she loves it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could switch to rice milk or soy milk!. It's not dairy, but itw ill help you get your calcium, just don't eat a lot of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try Silk soymilk with your cereal, it's delicious! Find it in the refrigerated section near the milk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

U couldnt substitute dairy milk with Soya milk or Rice Milk

my brothers actually been allergic to dairy like his entire life! and yeah he's pretty thin from it becaue he doesnt get any fat from dairy so you probably will!. he usually drinks this rice milk or soy milk drink thing so you could have that with cereal! there's also dairy free ice creams and sorbet and theres these really good ice cream sandwiches called cuties (lol) which are amazinggg! there's plenty of foods you can have at home that dont have dairy, the hard thing is when you go to restaurants because theres dairy in practically EVERTHING! you should go to bens or somethingg!.!. its a kosher deli so you can order whatever you want and not worry whether theres dairy in it or nott!. hmm also theres this chocolate thats dairy free, the brand is baker's and its usually in the baking aisle at the supermarket!. i hope this helps!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
