Will I lose weight on this plan?!


Question: Will I lose weight on this plan!?
I've created this plan out of things I have in the kitchen right now and I want to lose some weight this summer, I am not overweight right now but I just want to lose like 10-15 and tone up!.

So,
[I don't eat breakfast, I feel too queezy in the morning]
Lunch - 3 cold chicken nuggets dipped in a lil bit of hummus, and half a pita bread!.

Dinner - Same as above!.

1 glass Tropicana Fruit Punch [to keep sugar level up]

so how much weight would i lose if i just ate that for a while!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you will definitely lose weight, but it's not healthy for you at all!. first of all, breakfast is a must!. it kicks off your metabolism for the day so you'll burn the food you're eating! also, if that's all you're eating, your body will go into starvation mode and store anything you eat as fat!. your best bet is to create a healthy diet and exercise plan!. have something small for breakfast if you get sick!. try something like this:
8:30 Breakfast - yogurt
10:30 Morning snack - apple
12:30 Lunch - salad w/ small amount of light dressing
3:30 Afternoon snack - granola bar (Kashi TLC are great for you and filling)
5:30 Dinner - Grilled chicken w/ a green vegetable (broccoli, spinach, etc)
7:30 Nighttime Snack - Grapefruit

It's balanced and your metabolism will be burning food throughout the day!. Workout for an hour at least 3 times a week!.!. run, walk, yoga, kickboxing!.!. and take a multi-vitamin! you could easily lose 10lbs in 2 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nope!.

The big mistake you made is not eating breakfast!. It lowers your metabolism and if you do not eat breakfast, you will lose weight slower if not at all!.

The rest of your meals are way to small and below your caloric needs for the day!. Eat this little and you will make your metabolism go into panic mode, which will cause you to take in fat more than you would normally!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

probably none!. the fruit punch is sugar you don't want!. cut out the pita bread!. eat some cantaloupe, fresh strawberries!. break it up a little and have grilled chicken salad for dinner!. eat breakfast - it gets the metabolism going!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Instead of chicken nuggets, which are deep fried, have roasted chicken breast!. The amount of calories saved will either let you have more of it or loose weight faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat salad and fruit
Drink water more and more

Firstly you can lose as much weight as you want in a short time period, however, you will gain it back!. I am speaking from experience from someone who has been there done that with fad diets!. There is the obvious liposuction, however, the recovery time is 3
