Question: Healthy eating!? I'm trying to lose around 10lbs but I get so hungry!!?
Well, I'll list what I've eaten/exercised today!. I know its a lot but hopefully not too much!. :)

Breakfast: (at 7:30)

1 whole grapefruit
1 cup blueberries with a few spoonfulls of yogurt
1/2 cup of cereal on top
2 fruit and nut cookies (100 cals each)

snack ( 11am)
sugar free jello (about 40cals)

lunch (2pm)
Large spinach salad with veggies and a little cheese on top
3 35cal yogurt cups
an apple microwaved with a little brown sugar
a cracker with peanut butter on it

So far I've:
played basketball for 1/2 hour
done about 30 min of ab exercises
exercised on my Tony Gazelle machine for 20min with retention on!.

I'm probably going to play basketball a little more today!.

I'm 5'7 138lbs and 16 if that makes a difference!.

I'm really trying to lose my 'tummy' so I'll look okay in a bathing suit!.

I know I'm around a healthy weight but I'd like that annoying bulge to go!. lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

You mean to tell me that a little bit of peanut butter is the only protein you've had all day!? No wonder you're hungry! Get some chicken or something!.

It's a common misconception that eating healthy means you have to be hungry all the time as a result of decreased calories!. I've been eating healthy for 10 months now and I've never had to go hungry!. Do not be afraid of food, be afraid of junk food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, definitely eat more protein!. All that fruit doesn't stick with you long!. You'll get a little sugar high (albeit natural sugar) then crash and be hungry again!. Eat something like egg whites (good in an omelet with fat free cheese), some turkey bacon, tuna, baked chicken salad or oatmeal!. These will stick with you longer and supply you with more sustainable energy!. Best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds like a healthy and very balanced diet!. Keep it up! Your ab exercises should take care of your problem area!. Do up and down crunches!. side to side!. A good one to try that works super well is to write the ABC's with your legs; you lay on your back, put your hands behind your head and raise your head up, stick your legs in the air and just do big motions of the alphabet!. Wow!. It sounds like you're on the right track! You should lose that 10 pounds in no time! My only recommendation is to eat more vegetables!. It looks like you are eating a lot of fruit, but it's really good how much you are exercising! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you drink water all through out the day, that'll help with the hungr!. All water does is fills up your stomach between meals to make you feel full!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat what you would normally eat during the day, but substitute really fatty things for fruit or yogurt!. running and situps help out the tummy area most!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to eat cherries!. They make you feel full so that you are not hungry all the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Twice a day=
One cup soy milk with a scoop of whey protein mix!.

Then a normal dinner!.

You're eating no protein and very little fat!. The majority of your diet contains carbs, which burn off quickly!. Protein takes longer to burn off, therefore it sustains the body longer!. This also suppresses your hunger longer!. Whatever you choose for protein, make sure it's lean, like lean beef, fish, chicken or legumes!. Yes, peanut butter contains both protein and fat, but a little on a single cracker isn't enough to sustain you through the day!. You can use the food pyramid to help you determine how much protein you should be consuming each day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're hungry, eat brown rice!. You don't have to eat much of it to fill you up!.!. an the complex carbohydrates are great for an active body!.
Instead of doing crunches, lie on the floor and come up halfway!. Hold it there for as long as you can!. You get more of a burn with less strain on your body, believe it or not!. It doesn't take as long, either!.
Drink 8 glasses of water, it flushes fat out!.
Eat 5-8 small meals a day instead of the regular big 3!.
Think of your metabolism as a fire!.
One big log might not catch on right away, but a lot of smaller kindling is definitely going to make the fire get bigger!. You want a big metabolism!.!. that's the fat burning machine!.
