Answers:
your doing fine! I work out my body intensely every other day!. I lift every other day and I work out evry muscle group on those days!. The days in between I do running and push ups, sit ups, etc!. The only problem is fatigue!. If your body starts to hurt like in the are of your knees, joints, back then you should take some rests!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should give at least 2-3 days between workouts for each area!. You probably aren't giving enough time for the muscles to fully heal!.
I have a routine set up so I exercise each area about once a week, and this works well for me!. I used to have a routine similar to yours, and I found myself getting burned out!. Since I have switched to a less intense routine, I have actually improved!.
My daily routines are :
chest / cardio
back / cardio
biceps/triceps / cardio
legs / shoulders / light cardio

I sometimes put a day or two between these routines, depending on how I feel or my schedule!.
I do try to get the cardio in at least every other day, regardless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would take more breaks, leave at least 48 hours between muscle groups!. It will actually help your muscles build up!. try doing all upper body one day, then the next do lower body, then do abs the next day, then go back to upper body after that!. Abs are the only muscle group that you can work out one day after another, if necessary, but its always good to let the muscle group rest, so it can repair itself, so you wont increase your risk of injury!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as your aren't tiring yourself or hurting your body, good for you! Excerise is wonderful for the body and is highly recommended!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Great job!
Keep it to 6 days a week, and on the 7th day just rest and eat healthy!.

You'll have an amazingly healthy body!Www@Answer-Health@Com
