How can i tone up/lose weight/and look great in two months?!


Question: How can i tone up/lose weight/and look great in two months!?
Every summer I go on vacation for two months!. I've usually had a perfect body, but this summer i didn't play any sports and put on like 15 pounds!. I have a boyfriend and when i go to back home in two months i want to look great!. I want to tone my stomach!. And is it possible to get abs/six pack in that amount of time!? And tone my legs especially the thighs!. And lose some weight!. I have no access to a gym or weights or equipment!. And i'm really lazy and i don't know how to get the motivation to go running when i wake up etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dance to some music!. also 4 losing weight do situps b4 bed tuck your feet under a couch or somthing heavy and start w/ ur legs not that bent and work up to the point where you cant bend anymore!. then start holding light/medium household objects like 7-12lbs and repeat process!. do like 350 of these a night it sounds like a lot but if you want to lose the weight quick its the only way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have 2 months you have plenty of time!. I would have to say that cardio is gonna be your best bet!. go for a walk or run in the morning, if you are lazy in the morning drink some coffee first!. If you decide to walk, walk at a fast pace that makes you sweat!. Also, do some around the house excercises like situps, lunges, and body squats!. When you do situps remember to hold at the top of each rep and really concentrate on squeexing your abs!. you can also break them into 3 seperate days (mid, lower, obliques)!. Always remember that when you gain muscle you lose fat so you may not lose "WEIGHT" like you want, just worry about losing that body fat you have and dont give a crap what the scale says!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

basically!.!. if you want to get fit!.!.!. you have to start now!

i would suggest exercising 5 days a week!. Go for a run, about 30 mins, but run at half of your top speed!.!.!. this is the best area for burning fat!.!. as more energy comes from calories than glucose!.

Eat 5 small meals a day, instead of 3 large ones!. This helps as you can cut out big meals with big puddings and focus on the right stuff! you can snack between meals, but make it an apple!.!. or try fizzy water! sometimes our bodies mistake dehydration for hunger!

eat alot slower aswell, if your lazy like you say it's likely your metabolic rate is very slow!.!. so your stomach takes longer to tell your brain it's full!.!. so you'll keep eating!

as i said go for a run!.!. if your not motivated, ask a mate or family member to go with you!

when you get back dont sit down straight away hit 50 press ups have a small drink then 50 crunches!.

I think you're pretty ok and don't really even need to lose weights or dial into a "serious" diet!. In fact, you can eat what you're eating now (minus SOME STUFF, like soda, occasionally) and just workout!.

I reccomend doing PUSH-UPS about 2-3 times a day every other day, SIT-UPS on the days when you're not doing push-ups 2-3 times a day!. and GO RUNNING often, like maybe 4-5 times a week!.

Oh yeah, and your legs and arms will definetly get noticeably "toner" during this period, however a woman getting a six-pack in 2 months is pretty much impossible!.

You can get a nice "toneness" and "shape" of a six-pack during that time!.

But a full-blown, cobbled, vascular six-pack!? Impossible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
