If i eat more, will i get stronger?!


Question: If i eat more, will i get stronger!?
i lost weight and i also lost alot of muscle!. if i eat more (i already am bc i have to gain the weight back bc i got too skinny) and exercise, will i have the same strength as i did if i return to my original weight!? (13 year old girl)!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Simply eating will not do it, but it is a start!. At least you will not keep losing weight!.

Concentrate on getting good protein in your diet!. Meats, seafood, cheeses, eggs etc!. You can also buy amino acid supplements at any large nutrition store!. Provide plenty of protein to help your body rebuild it's muscle!

Strength training is a real big plus! Pick up some weights at a store or better yet if you can hit the gym!. Don't over do it though! Start out with a simple routine that you do every other day!. You should work your muscles until they are sore, but not in actual pain!. There is a great site that has tons of exercise info!. The link here has loads of exercises you can do just with free weights alone!:

It all depends on what you eat!.

If you do it healthy and right, you will have to eat 7-10 small meals a day!.
And to gain the strength you need to have a lot of protein in your diet, and be strength training!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if you get more you would have to exercise too because if you don't you just gain weight so yes you would get stronger if you eat more and exercise tooWww@Answer-Health@Com
