No muscle soreness after Creatine?!
Question:
No muscle soreness after Creatine?
I am a pretty heavy runner. I run an average 35-45 miles a week. I've had some intense muscle soreness in my legs and even in my lower back. I have since added Creatine to my supplements and recovery has been amazing. Has anybody else experienced this?

this is what creatine does. most pro athletes take it to help them train harder without muscle pain (DOMS)
