I am doing Turbo Jam right now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Unfortunately, I am quite sure it will take longer than 9 weeks!.

14 months ago I managed to lose 48lbs in just over 6 months!. I have since then been able to maintain my weight with ease!.

To lose weight you have to bear in mind, that you will only lose pounds if you burn more calories than you consume!. To lose a pound, you have to burn through exercise or life functions about 3,500 calories!. So you need to combine any exercise such as (Turbo Jam) along with a healthy diet!.

I kept all junk foods, ready made processed meals you buy, alcohol, and takeaway meals to an absolute minimum!. Junk food is just what it says - JUNK!. With one added ingredient in - FAT!.

I also included more wholefoods into my diet!. Such as brown bread, brown rice, brown pasta, beans & pulses!. These are high in fibre and will keep you feeling fuller for longer!.

I eat lean meats (no fat on), poultry (no skin on), fish with scales on (no batter), eggs, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables (including potatoes) carborhydrates are low in fat - as long as you keep them plain and simple, low fat dairy products, skimmed milk, and non sugary cereals!.

I think weight loss is achieved through approximately 70% diet!. Any exercise will really help to accelerate weight loss!. I took up running!. Obviously, I had to start off slowly!. But any cardiovascular exercise will help you burn off those excess calories!.

You have set yourself a goal!. Make sure you stick to it!. It is possible to achieve it!. I know, I did!. It is possible to lose a considerable amount of weight, just as it is possible to put a considerable amount of weight on!. But be prepared!. It won't come off overnight!.

I wish you lots of good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is more healthy to lose the weight at a pace of 1-2 lbs per week!. If you speak to any doctor, personal trainer, or health professional this is what they will tell you!. If you lose weight too fast your body will gain it all back plus some extra weight once you stop doing what caused you to drop the weight in the first place!. Eat right (6 smaller meals a day) and exercise at least 45 minutes a day!. Over time you will drop the weight that you want!. Also start to educate yourself about lifestyle changes that apply to you!. Make sure that any changes you make, you can stick with or else you will fail, if not immediately over time you will!.

Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello, I am a 24 year old who just graduated from college!. March of last year, I began getting serious about losing weight!. This is when I started eating healthier and performing 'fun' exercise such as sports!. Not much happened at first, but after about 2 months, the pounds started rolling off!. It took time to reverse the "momentum" of the metabolism, but once you get it going, the momentum starts to swing the other way!.

By September, I had lost exactly 46 pounds!. Since then, I haven't gained any weight, even after straying from the change that allowed me to lose the weight!. So all-in-all, it took about 7 months, however, the weight came off in a period of about 2 months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could lose 20 pounds in the next 3 weeks!. 40 pounds is more like 2 to 3 months!.

There is a lot of bad information out there!. It has made America the fattest society ever!. But it makes food companies and diet companies rich!. Learn why salt, black coffee, salt, lean meat, salt, non-fat yogurt and salt are so fattening!. SALT HAS NO CALORIES!. The book, Intuitive Eating, says "If you tell yourself that you can't or shouldn't have a particular food, it can lead to intense feelings of deprivation that build into uncontrollable cravings and, often, bingeing!." Nourish your body thin, instead of starving it fat!. Learn the fastest way to lose weight!.

Never cut carbs, fats and calories!. Eat foods made by nature, not man-made foods designed to make you fat and addicted to food!. Which has more calories: a plain potato or one with a healthy fat like olive oil!? The latter!. Which is more fattening!? The former!. How can this be!? The fat slows down the calories going into the blood (see glycemic load and glycemic index) making it less fattening!. It is not about how many calories but how fast they enter the blood!. But plant foods have fiber!. Fiber provides no calories, is filling and also slows the calories entering your blood!.

It depends on many factors: how long you exercise, what you eat and drink, your genetics!. a healthy pace is 1-2 lbs!. per week; any faster than that could have adverse affects (especially loose, baggy skin!)!. 4-6 months is a reasonable time period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Losing weight too fast can be dangerous for your health!.

I would work at 2 pounds per week at the most!. That's 20 weeks!.

It's far better to forget the scale and just start an aerobic exercise program and a healthy diet with moderate portions!.

Don't forget to get at least 8-9 hours of sleep each night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are doing it the healthy way then its healthy to lose 2 pounds a week!. This is not how it always works some weeks you can lose 5 and other 0!. Just remember muscle weighs more than fat so if you are building muscle you will gain some weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
