Take your count from the moment your rise each morning!. Dependent on how much weight you have to lose will depend on how many you should consume before you go to bed!. You should never eat less than 1200 per day otherwise the body will go into starvation mode and you can actually put on more weigh once you start eacting again - your metabolism gets lower!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
